When I use the terms “my dream” and “my vision,” I must hurriedly offer a disclaimer. The vision is no more my personal intellectual or spiritual property than anyone else’s. And so, in reality, I may experience a vision, but it is not actually mine.
I believe that all inspiration, vision, ideas, inventions and thoughts are available to everyone and come from the surrounding and impenetrating Mystery — the ether — in which we are all immersed. Each of us, by our nature, is generally attuned to certain types of thoughts. If we’re attentive to the signals and if we are good receivers, we will be inspired with intuition, knowing, vision and possibilities.
We might even get that “million dollar idea.” But it will probably never be exclusively ours. Someone else may receive the same idea and act on it (or patent or copyright it) before we do.
